OUTSTANDING PASTORAL CARE
BISC’s outstanding pastoral care is at the heart of our approach to safeguarding, with a network of monitoring and support in place to ensure that issues are avoided and where they arise, they are dealt with before they become a significant problem.
We actively promote safeguarding, ensuring that it is embedded in our daily lives. Staff will act on any concerns, whilst students can speak up with confidence knowing that they will be listened to and that appropriate support and action will follow. In all cases we will look to take a child-centred approach and our policies and processes will shape our response.
