The Elite Program
The Elite Programme
As part of MASAC (Moroc-American Schools Athletic Conference) we run a number of elite sporting programs to ensure our teams are fully prepared for the demands of external competitions.

Elite Programmes
Acceptance on to these programmes is via a rigorous trial selection process, which is conducted at the beginning of the academic year, and then maintained by weekly coaching sessions with our trained sports staff.
At present we have four elite programmes:
-
Swimming (both for Primary and Secondary students)
-
Football
-
Badminton
-
Volleyball
Our students are justly proud of their status as elite athletes within the school, and act as positive role models to our younger students who aspire to their achievements on the sports field.
Successes
The British International School is justly proud of its sporting successes in both Team and Individual events. We have both male and female teams representing the school in a number of events including football, basketball, volleyball, badminton and swimming.
Our Boys and Girls teams have been particularly successful in the past, winning a number of MASAC sponsored events in both Football and Badminton during the 2023 -2024 sporting season.

Finally, we have a number of students who also ride competitively outside school, who are national champions in Swimming and Badminton, not to mention the current reigning Moroccan Go-Cart U18’s champion. The diversity of talent on display is truly amazing and we know that the future stars of tomorrow are just around the corner.
